Who said that no news is good news?

A colleague recently introduced me to a refreshing news website that is a great alternative to normal, everyday (and generally depressing) news. Happy news is a website that delivers positive US and international news to its readers. This site has something to offer almost everyone – their topics range from health and entertainment to heroes, technology, environment, health and more!

In a country that is talking about the crumbling economy and war seemingly nonstop, it is refreshing to have a place to turn that only discuses these things in a positive light. Happy News’ slogan is “Real news. Compelling stories. Always positive.” Some of their articles, “Reinventing your career in a tough economy,” “Copy-and paste ability to be added to iPhone,” and “Study claims coffee lowers stroke risk.”

So put some Happy News in your day and try to look on the bright side of things. As for the economy, I am jumping on the “It can only go up from here bandwagon!”
