Trying to find time on multiple people’s calendars? Here’s a cool tip!
I’m a part of several groups outside of work that meet regularly: EO, my soccer team, etc.
It can be incredibly difficult and time-consuming to find a time to meet that works for everyone’s calendars. This is fairly easy if you are all on the same network and using Microsoft Exchange or a similar product as you can share visibility to each others calendars, but a pain in the neck if you aren’t on the same network.
I set out to find a way to solve this problem so that I could quit using long email chains between 10 people to find a time to meet!
In my research, I came across a service called Timebridge. It’s pretty slick.
Timebridge is a service delivered over the internet that allows multiple people, each using different systems for managing their calendars, to easily find a commonly available time to meet.
It’s a free tool and is pretty easy to use. If, like me, you are regularly meeting with groups and often find yourself doing the calendar-coordinating-shuffle, I recommend you give it a shot.
