Sony announces new CMOS sensors resulting in 12+ megapixel camera phones

Where should you turn for quick, high quality snapshots? That question may very well soon be a toss up for camera lovers. Sony recently announced the new CMOS sensor technology to be released for their camera phone – which will increase their digital photo quality to over 12+ megapixels! On a smaller note, they will also be releasing 5.15 and 8.11 megapixel sensors for camera phones as well.
