Need to call 1000 people at once? You can with this cool service.
Everon has been looking for a solution that would allow us to quickly call all of our clients in the case of an emergency or other situation in which email didn’t make sense.
There are a lot of options out there, but one of them really stood out in terms of ease of use and cost:
CallFire is really a slick service. Broadcasting a voice message to thousands of people is simple:
- Create an account at their website
- Upload your list of phone numbers
- Record a message using your normal telephone
- Hit send
Going through these 4 steps took me about 10 minutes from start to finish, and my first voice broadcast went out the door!
But what were the results? CallFire handles reporting efficiently as well. You can easily log in to your account online and see the results of each of your campaigns. The reports even generate a Google Map with pins showing the location of everyone you called – pretty cool.

There are a number of potential uses for this service that would be very valuable:
- Announcements to clients
- Announcements to employees
- Messages to prospects during marketing campaigns
- Fund raising efforts
The options are pretty limitless. If you see any possibilities for this at your business, I’d highly recommend that you check CallFire out. The service has a number of useful features that I didn’t cover that you will most likely find some use for.
