Information overload… How to file and manage your emails in Microsoft Outlook

GAHH!!  Sometimes I feel like I’m drowning in email – I get 200 to 250 emails a day from clients, teammates, friends, and family and it’s tough to keep up.  Sound familiar?

I’ve mastered the art of reading just the email headers and of scanning emails quickly to pick up important information.   But, I’ve had challenges finding email that I know I’ve read and need to find again.   

Well, I recently installed a small Microsoft Outlook utility call “Simply File” - and I simply love it.   It is helping me keep track and file all my emails in folders within my Outlook.
