Small Business Tech Tips

These are tools I use every day that have my life much more efficient.  The best part? They’re all free!

Firefox: A very popular browser which i find to be just as good if not better than internet explorer.  The addin skins makes it hawt!

VLC player:  This video player will play pretty much anything and everything you can possibly dowload.

Evernote: A very cool tool that lets me keep track of all my thoughts and the best part lets me sync with mutliple PC. 

AVG 9.0: Free AV, it works very well, same engine and virus definition updates as the paid verison.

Malwarebytes: I use this everyday on machines that i know are infected with spyware.  It is simple to use and packs quite a punch.

CCleaner: Small and fast tool to look at all the temporary files on your machine for a cleanup.

CutePDF: Free tools to allow you to create Adobe Acrobat PDF files with out having to spend 300 dollars.

MultiMon TaskBar: For those of you that have 2 monitors or more this is a great tool to move your windows from screen to screen in a blink of an eye as well as adding a task bar on your second screen.
